I cant log into my acount in aafes because I forgot my damn password, what could it be?? I already called them to send my password in my email but i havent received any email yet.. Im really getting old, I cant even remember my own password.....
I really need to get online and update my profile in that account.Im going to call them again to see why i havent received an email from them!

I'm an AAFES representative and can help with the password reset process. The way our system is set up is that it resets your account to the default, meaning you will not actually receive an email with a new password. You would need to re-register as a new user in the First Time Users area using the last 4 of your SSN, date of birth and last name. I can walk you through the steps over the phone if you'd like to give me a call.
