Yesterday I received my visa after 4-5 months since we started the petition, My husband was deployed in Iraq when we submitted all the paper works and we applied for a military expedite to make the whole process a lot faster, we also contacted the office of Senator James DeMint through email, luckily they responded to my husband and assigned an immigration staff on our case.

From USCIS to NVC my papers was being expedited with the help of course of Senator DeMint aide, and give me the earliest possible interview at the US Embassy Manila and I was issued an IR-1 visa.
